Max was a great help The whole area has been out of power because of a windstorm. So I booked a room online and when she noticed That they had no availability. She tried calling me and calling me and calling me. I never got her message and ended up At the location where I was devastated when she told me there was no room for my kids to sleep for the night And shower. She went above and beyond to call around to try Find us another spot to stay for the night. We had very little success, but at the very end.As we were walking out the door someone called and made a cancellation and she came and got us and made sure we got into that room. We were A little packed because it wasn't as big of a room as I had bought. But she helped us make it work. She also made sure we had extra towels. So everybody got our showers as well. We definitely need more people like max. I will definitely be recommending your location because because of her.

Every 6 months, we visit the Fowlerville area. We are driving up from the Gulf Coast. In the past, we stayed at the Baymont. We will never stay anyplace else, but the Holiday Inn. The rooms are clean, the staff made us part of the family. The breakfast was amazing. Our room was cleaned daily. Even though there were renovations of the lobby, the staff made it work. It will be gorgeous when it's finished. If you are weighing staying at the Holiday Inn vs. Baymont Inn. Don't pick Baymont! It's filthy. They don't clean the rooms for a multi day stay. It smells of Marijuana. The breakfast is terrible at the Baymont. Your overwhelming choice should be the Holiday Inn at Burkhart Road.

We travel to Fowlerville Michigan 2 times a year to visit our family. We always stay at this Holiday Inn. We stayed 9 nights. We had my service dog with me. The staff is so friendly. They help us any way they can. The staff cleans the room perfectly. Although there is a renovation of the main lobby, everything works smoothly. As we left this morning, all the staff said bye to Brody , my service dog. We told them we would see them at Christmas. This is the only place I will stay in the Fowlerville/Howell area.

Though the decor maybe could use a refresh the entire place was clean and all ice and vending machines clean and working. The breakfast buffer was delicious and kept freshly stocked with a wide variety of choices. The Staff were all exceptionally warm and pleasant as well as competent. The bed and bathroom linens were fresh and clean. The frige and microwave were great! The available computer and printer in the breakfast room were very handy!

Lisa

Very friendly and helpful staff. Stayed here in the past and enjoyed it. Decided to stay here again. Glad to see they update the facility. Recommend being patient with the check in & check out process and the construction. Look forward to seeing the facility again in the future when everything is completed. It is located close to the highway, outlet, and eateries.
